Fire Safety
Genco Fire Safety delivers a comprehensive range of passive fire protection services designed to maintain effective compartmentation and ensure full compliance with current regulations.
Our capabilities include fire door surveys, remedial works, certified doorset installations, and upgrade solutions, along with compartmentation surveys, fire-stopping to all service penetrations, installation of fire-resistant walls and ceilings, structural steel protection, and digital asset logging to support golden thread requirements.
All works are delivered in line with British Standards and current legislation. As a new and growing specialist division, we are third-party accredited, which will allow us to independently certify a wide range of passive fire protection applications.
Construction
Genco Construction provides a full range of construction, refurbishment, and maintenance services, delivering complete construction solutions under one contractor. Acting as a trusted Principal Contractor, we manage all aspects of delivery, including quality, health & safety, coordination of trades, and programme management, to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Our services include groundworks, property refurbishment and commercial fit-out works, roofing solutions, and both reactive and planned maintenance. We provide a 24/7 reactive service across southern England, alongside planned and preventative works ranging from minor repairs to multi-trade installations. All works are carried out in line with current regulations and agreed client requirements.
Mechanical & Electrical
Genco Mechanical & Electrical provides a full range of electrical and mechanical services to support safe, efficient, and compliant building operation. Our electrical capabilities include fire alarms, BMS controls, LV installations, data and access control systems, EV charging, Solar PV, and a full suite of testing services. On the mechanical side, we deliver commercial plumbing, drainage, ventilation, HVAC, gas services, and chlorination across a variety of environments.
We also offer reactive support for electrical faults, leaks, and HVAC issues, along with planned maintenance covering air-conditioning, ventilation, fire alarms, emergency lighting, water testing, and wider PPM requirements. All works are completed in line with industry standards and current regulations.
